Deckery — one card a day.
Need help? Email 19026048421@163.com and we'll get back to you. Including your iOS version and a short description of what happened helps us help you faster.
If you've already purchased Deckery Pro and it isn't showing up — for example after reinstalling the app or switching to a new iPhone — open Export → Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by Deckery, so cancellation happens in your Apple Account settings:
Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current period, and you keep Pro until the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
No. Deckery has no account and no cloud sync — everything lives on the device you wrote it on. That's a deliberate choice, not a limitation: it means your journal is never uploaded anywhere. To move your cards to another device, use Export to save your archive, then keep that file somewhere safe.
Structuring your writing into a card happens on your device. On newer iPhones with Apple Intelligence enabled, Deckery uses Apple's on-device model and shows a sparkle marker in the editor. On other devices — or when Apple Intelligence is turned off — Deckery falls back to Apple's on-device natural language framework and built-in rules. Either way your text never leaves your iPhone; only the quality of the structuring differs.
Only where you ask. Photos are attached when you tap Photos and pick them. Location is used only when you tap Place. Both are stored on your device and are never uploaded. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Deckery supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, and Reduce Transparency. If something looks wrong at a large text size, tell us — we'd rather fix it than have you work around it.
